In my backyard i have a small plot of dirt where i have planted vegetables the last couple years. I realize that the dirt is probably running out of nutrients in the soil. Do you think i can just mix an organic soil mixture with my old soil, and everything will be good?

Dude, I was just about to post a report with the same exact title. I would have reviewed it almost exactly like you did. Except mine smelled like a peppery skunk smell. Mine is also fluffy, and the high is the same thing as you described.
