new vero 29 gen 7 driver questions

It's actually 37.6 per COB and yes you will be fine. 480w of V29 is gonna wipe the floor with a 600w HPS

new vero 29 gen 7 driver questions

I run 6 Vero 29 D with the 480h-c2100b and kill it. Average 1.5lbs per 4x4 and I'm growing organic. In 3000k the "d" version is the most efficient per there datasheet just an fyi. Veros love to be run at there nominal current (2100). Been running veros for 3 years now non stop. Have also made...

How much PPFD for clones that I am trying to root.

If you use clear rez you won't have that slime issue anymore. I make my own from HTH Pool Shock.

    Vero 29 B or C?

would 6x 29b (312v) run effectively with a HLG-480H-C1750? 137~274V normal range on driver with a 340v open current. Never over ran a driver on voltage and curious if these would still operate normal. Shows its capable of 120%v to 80%I with the adaptive function. I'm not new to COBs just never...

VERO 29D and A lot of confusion!

I use 2x 4 cob panels in my 4x4. 4x 3000k Vero 29D gen 7's ran @ 2.1 amps per panel. And 2x 320h-c2100b's. Pulls around 675 from the wall total. 80 watts per cob. Used 5 panels in a 6.5x6.5 with amazing results as well. Around 900+ µmol for both setups..

    Vero29 Gen 7 Type B in parrallel?

I answered most of your questions in your other post. I take it you a already bought your 3x 52v chips and are shopping for a driver correct? If not i gave you a few options to think about. These chips ran @ 2.1 will be pulling closer to 53v. So I don't believe that driver will work properly.

    Driver for 3x Vero29 Gen7 type B?

I've made a few 3 cob Vero 29D panels using BXRC-30E10K0-D-73 which is the 37.6v version and Match it with a HLG-240h-C2100B and they work great. You can also step it up to 4x 38v cobs and run it with the 320h-c2100b which is how I make my panels now. 2 panels per 4x4 and getting amazing...

The official data sheet off digikey and future electronics "BXRC-30E10K0-D-7X 3000 80 2100 12597 11250 38.7 81.3 155" Are we talking the same 29D? Edit: Realized they are using a older datasheet than what's posted on Bridgelux site. You are correct in the 37.6

new vero 29 gen 7 driver questions

That's the programmable version. I use the regular version EUC-320S210DT and it's $112 or less depending on how many you buy. I'm using mean well version and this version. It does run cooler than mean well and it also pulls about 20 more watts from the wall 350 vs 330. This is using Gen 6...
