So before i re-potted my seedlings i 1 of my best growing seedlings at the time start to droop. The seedlings first true leaves started drooping down. I have not fed them any nutes. Also dont feel i over watered as they are 9 days old and have only fed watered them 3 times. 1st on the 2nd day of sprouting. 2nd on the 6th day and 3rd today which is the 9th day. Every time i let the soil get COMPLETELY dry for 1 night before watering.

The optimal spectrum is between 5500k and 6500k. So i looked at my MH which i have such good things about and it is 4200k. This has left me confused. Is it cfls are better for light spectrum but lack in light penetration and vice versa?

So i have been wondering why the seedlings had no growth over the past few days. I did a bit of reading and so many things its hard to filter through all the opinions. I eventually seen a thread on rootbound plants. I assumed this could not be my problem as they were only an 1" 1/2 half long and the countainers were twice that in length.

I picked up the tallest (which actually had droopy leaves which started me on this search) and looked underneath. Right enough roots coming
