EC level is the true universal measurement of the nutrient (salt) levels in your water.

Some ppl use ppm (parts per million)but that is harder to tell what the person is talking about because ppm can be measured on a scale of 700 or 500 the user really must specify but EC (electric conductivity) is a universal reading.

what i mean is; ppm is measured with a differant scale in differant parts of the world. but will both contain the same EC level world wide.

It should say on the bottle a recommended normal dosage. Divide that number by four and add it to your water next time your plants need water, they will be fine until then. Also, make sure to adjust the ph of your water to 6.5 AFTER you add the nutrients. Organic nutrients are usually quite acidic.

i was just saying i saw your picture with some CFL's i didnt know how many watts u had...like i said i plan on puttin 2 125W CFLs (act. wattage) over 15 red 20oz plastic cups, didnt know if them being 7" away would be to much light..
