Sorry I'm just responding to your message I haven't logged on in a while you asked me how my bud smoked, the answer is yes it smokes as good as it looks! It tastes like fruit loops and the high is amazing. It actually comes from a strain called Heavy Duty Fruity but doesn't look like any oter plant in that strain, must have been crossed bred with something else. One cool thing about it that I've never seen before is it has PINK in it everwhere!

Youll be able to see nute burn in the tips of the leafs.... if they are turning brown or crispy then its nute burn... the bottom leaves turning brown and dying is no big deal. think of them as the plants dumpster... they usually will make 1 or 2 bottoms leafs the dump.... they dump excess shit in there and then it falls off... dont beleave me?.. pull it out .. one will turn brown in 2 days and if you pull that one anohter will do it. LOL ok im sure you get the point. Its not until that type of condition starts moving up the plant that i would freak out about it.

1 more thing...how good is your bulb?.... Ive grown with cheap bulbs and expensive bulbs... the diference... the blue/white spectrum in the bulb. beleave me you... it needs it.... I got tired of paying $100 for good bulb so i tried a cheap bulb with some cfls hanging under and BAM!.. Ill never pay more than 40$ for my bulbs no more....LOL

you probably bought an expensive bulb... if not you might start seeing discoloration in your leafs within a few weeks of you putting the plant in there... dont worry about it and you keep to your schedule.

you have the PPM digital reader so your all good to go. just water feed water feed and never over 500 ppm... if you see a little burn on the tips ever.. then go to water water feed schedule. ya dig?

yes i hear ya about the ec thing..... ec and ppm is not the same.... but, if ec is *** then PPM is *** know what i mean?....ill try and find you a chart that converts....maybe a search online ec to ppm conversion or somethin like that...

Basically what they are saying is that you never go over ,73 ec.. which is about 500 PPM... that is the max they say you should ever give them... I tried giving more nutes this time around and burn the hell out of them. Im going back to start at 300 and work up to 500 max.... the leafs seem shinier and thicker...really i think everyone burns there plants cause we are used to hydro where you can go all the way up to 1400 ppm.... trust me ...
