To the original intent of this thread, I don't think there is a way to predict who is going to go nuts and start shooting people enmass. I would not be opposed to a psych eval as a part of the licensing process, but I believe this would be abused by LEO's to deniy weapons for little to know...

Lights were off here for 7 days a cpl weeks ago with plants 3 weeks in flower. When lights came back on some wilted, but the plants recovered. Wouldn't worry about 2 hours.
