maybe you dont have enough light. Also sounds like you didnt veg long enough after transplanting into final pot, cause it sounds like the roots dont go to the bottom. I dont see the point of transplanting at this point, u got 2 or 3 weeks left right?

the 240 is on its own circuit breaker, and all the 120 is on separate breakers. With a multimeter, does anybody have a way to find the problem? like in the light housings or something?

what soil are they in? what is your feeding/watering schedule so far(ppm/type of food)? when you say the soil is 6.3ph how did you determine that? Is the problem the same on the leaves that are under good light vs the ones in the shade? Is it happening on new leaves or just old leaves?

id flush it till the runoff is maybe 1000ppm and after the soil dries I would probably feed about 400 ppm, then 800 the next time.

ya i would get a simple 1 part grow fertilizer, i like flora nova, and mix it at 400 ppm. get your ph around 6.5 and do what your doing otherwise. If it was me, i would go to 700ppm the next watering and probably 900 after that with some plain water waterings inbetween. I always veg under 24...

whats the temp at the top of the plant? Is the room a small volume?

I think its an environment problem, either the roots environment or the air. Is it too humid or hot in there? Is it in dirt that drains well? How long have they been in 12/12? Are all the leaves doing that or just the top ones? It looks like there are other plants growing along side there...

ya what kind of soil? Make sure its not too hard for the seed to push any obstacles out of the way. dig down with a pen or something and see whats up

Also, it does seem like i have noticed a trend on here that people posting problems have no idea of either/both what the ppm and ph of what they feed their plants.

When I have had problems that look similar, it was due to overfeeding. Myself, i would water them with 6.5 ph water and check the runoff for ph and ppm and then flush to correct the runoff to closer to 6.5. I would do that to all of you plants because I bet if some are showing signs, the rest...
