Get a bigger fan imo, 400 cfm is not enough. Bigger the better, go for 750+, if you find a good deal on a used max can or something put it on a speed controller. My room design is similar except I draw intake air from the rest of the house, then vent to the attic. Don't intake from the attic...

I think 1000w is too much, gonna be too hard to cool...plus with only 6.5 feet your gonna get some light burn. You might be surprised what a closet can produce with a 400/600w and a nice hood. If you can move the 1000w into a bedroom, your golden. Get a 400/600 or t5 and veg in the closet...

The stems are green showing that it's not NPK or Mag. It's mid to upper which narrows it down as well. The leave tips are not yellowed or burnt, the leaves are not clawed...so I doubt it nute burn. Looks like sunburn or heat burn to me, if that's possible outdoor. I'm an indoor guy so idk...

I don't see a zinc def, so i doubt it's too much Phos. They don't rly look burnt. I'd say it's either ph lockout, or they are hungry. How often do you flush?

Assuming it's not PH, it looks like potassium def to me. Parts affected by a Potassium Deficiency are: older leaves and leaf margins. Dead patches (Necrosis) can happen on the margins of larger fan leaves thus, the leaves will eventually die off and turn brown.
