how could four plants need more than 624 watts in a little box if you dont know ur not helping

these plants northern lights strain 4 weeks old haveing some yellowing of the leaves i am using cheap miracle grow waiting on nutes (tiger bloom)after i feed i flush they havent been in the dark since they sprouted they are stout smell strong they are under 624 w t5s can anyone help is it my...

my plants are dense only ten days ago they were seeds im just trying to find a mother should i put them farther away from the light for a while

do i need to keep my seedlings in their jiffy pellets until their roots come through before putting them into my 3 inch rockwool and how long until i put them under the veg light

i just added an exhaust fan to my veg box 4'x4'x24" 250cfm i am using passive intake and am running 12 4' 54w t5s my temps are down to 90 from 115 need to do something fast seeds germing now should i drill some holes for more passive intake

this is my veg box i have 6 4' 54w t5 on the top and on the back do i need to put a shelf in there to get the seedling closer to the light or should the light be enough to put them on the floor without them streching the box is roughly 4'x4'x24"

do i need to soak my rockwool in ph neutral water before atempting to germinate my seeds, and do i need to keep it wet,moist, or damp during germination

what i mean is i want to keep plants veging until transfering to my flower room w/o having to move my dwc so can i veg them in a tray for say four weeks or do i need to veg them in there own system and just transfer the baskets to the flower room

do i just need to keep the rockwool wet or damp or set it in water

how long can i veg my girls in rockwool before i transfer them to my dwc

i should have plenty of lumns i have 12 4 foot 54 watt t5s i just dont know if 3000 kelvin will give me enough red to allow for good buds to flourish

i keep reading that 3000k t5s do not offer enough red for good buds is this a fact

anyone know what the max space for the t5s mentioned that is how big can my room be and still be effective they are 48" lights
