150w hps can get hot in small grow space. try a cool tube type set up, you may have to make your own.

400 hps is top's for that space, i would maybe even go 250w.

looking good. negative air pressure is what you want in your tent, also you can move your scrubber outside your tent, and hook it up to your exhaust fan forcing the air from the box to move through the scubber this works best to keep the smell down.

Yes FFOF is hot on seedling, but i've done it in the past, they are just not happy the first week. OP transplanting small plants is easy you can do it trust me, start in happy frog move over to FFOF or whatever your going to use.

If your not going to transplant then i would not use Happy Frog, it's more for seedlings and small clones. I would do a 50/50 mix of fox farm ocean forest, and roots organics soil, works very well for me. I also will put in a small bag of ancient forest soil, its what i like to call the money...

Yeah LED's put out no heat so of couse you can get it very close to the canopy, I just found the buds to be fluffy and light. The 150w hps put out less heat then when i use 5 CFL's.

150w hps is what i run for flower in my box, which is close to your size. i veg with a 135w 7band LED ufo with 3v per LED, dose a great job for veg (i only veg for about two weeks then go 12/12) not so much for flower 150w works better for flower.
