The AC condensate is getting piped outside of the house. The room is a stand alone in the garage. It was easier to just run the AC hose out to the side of the house due to its placement. There is about 3.5ft of space directly behind the wall where the dehu sits. So I can get in and out of there...

Thanks for the props ruwtz. Yes, the room is sealed and I will be running CO2. I in fact do have the Dehu draining into a reclaim tank outside of the room. I will be re-using said water. Glad to hear I am on the right path. As I am doing all this from scratch and YouTube..
