that picture is just the veg box its only about 4 ft tall by 3 ft deep x 4 ft wide. the room i flower in is the size of a small walk in closet. if you can get away with it id keep that one plant outdoors, if you decide to go indoors you should have whatever space you decide to use already set up with lights and fans. you dont want to bring the plant into a half built grow box or room. growing outside all you have to really worry about is bugs, indoors you have to buy alot of stuff like lights, fans thermometer etc. it gets expensive fast, but if your neighbors are that nosy you really dont have a choice. good luck with the grow.
