Pots only legal in Canada if you buy it from a legal source and I’m not to familiar with the laws about cbd but none of our legal “dispensaries” carry concentrates in the province I live in. I just don’t feel comfortable ordering online from other provinces quite yet that’s all.

I cannot legally buy isolate here in Canada yet unfortunately. I also don’t know where else to buy it without breaking federal laws :P

I use 00 gel caps. I don’t make the oil I buy it from a licensed producer so I’m not sure I can answer that for you.

I always find I work out harder and longer when I smoke before a work out and then about an hour or 2 after the work out if I’m just at home I’ll smoke again to help relax the muscles. Just remember to drink more water as cannabis will dehydrate you faster.

I take 20mg of cbd oil 3-4 times a day to help control my IBS. So about 60-80mg a day. I just put the oil into these empty capsules I buy from a local health food store (about 1ml per capsule).

I’ve been using my arizer extreme q for about a year now. I use both the whip and the balloon options. The wife likes me using the vape in the house more than the bong haha.

If I use trim I use 1.5 - 2 oz per cup. If I use bud I use about 1 oz per cup. I decarb in my oven at 210-220 Fahrenheit for about 1 hour before I throw it in the magical butter machine.
