I used a 250 and got 56 grams -- .224 grams/ watt for my first grow. Bad luck was to blame, ended up with only one female. =(

or do what I did and buy a hamster that likes to run. It will release tons of CO2 and its even possible to teach it to water your plants too (like i did).

All wattage bulbs cost about the same amount of money, and the lower wattage, the less efficient the bulb is. I'm not too sure about Lowes, but home depot only sells the outdoor type fixtures that would mount on the side of your house. The max wattage fixtures they have here are 70 watts. They...
