The water starts looking really dirty after trying to keep the ph down at 5.8.. not sure if there is a better way on approaching this?

Hello, Here are images of my current plants. Are they looking good and healthy? Also I have a question about my hydro set up.. every time i change the reservoir water I adjust it to 5.8 and after a day or so it sky rockets to 6.5-7. So after trying to readjust it i have problem bringing it back...

How bad can it get with nute deficiency? Seedling don't need any nutes for the first 1-2 weeks.. would another week be great damage?

Well I have both hydro and soil... I was thinking of putting the seed in the pot with the soil and water(since it doesn't need a lot compared to as when it gets older) having the lights on in the grow room with ventilation.. ideas?

Will a seed grow and survive for three weeks if left unattended?

Just today i checked up on the plants and they started turning yellow.. would this mean it is in a nute lock out (the picture)? I checked and noticed that the ph was a bit high.. close to 7 by just adjusting the ph bring it back to taking in nutes again?
