How many Lumenins does the lights have in them?

yeah i bought this like plant food thats bluish from home depot, i add like 7 drops to a few gallons when i pour it in, i water it alot becuzs the soil gets dry with all those lights..is it a must to get a ph tester? how far shud my lights b from plants , if u look at my new journal entry i added new pics of my new setup i got going, since i got 6 more lights and changed 2 others to cfls they grew so much alrede like they were on roids.. i transplanted the small planters into a big bin..it doenst have enough soil but its gonna have to do for now
