You need to wash them out with vinegar or some sort of lime cleaner, it's very easy.

But you're not going to get the same results

Ok guys, I use the o2grow in ebb & flow and currently in coco. What does it do better than an air stone well it's about a 50% increase in oxygen to the root zone. My plants grow so much better with o2grow over air stones. As far as expense really it is no more expensive than some of the products...
