Moving up from regular LED light bulbs(will still use them to supplement if needed on the corners). Im from a less than legal state so I dont plan to show picks of plants but i just wanted to let you guys know that you converted a lurker from light bulbs to QB's. :)
Nah man in my personal experience you can have it completely fogged up with a small amount pooling on the bottom and still be fine, im about 95% success rate on cloning too. Use a heat mat if you can that really helped me a lot. Also on a side note I like to cut all the leaves back a good bit...
Regular 3000k 14-16 (100 watt equiv) watt bulbs from walmart can produce in the .55 to .75 gram per watt range pretty easily. By 2017 standards that is pretty sub par but it does work.
Take peoples advice here and get some new tech but if you arent gonna, stay away from the blurples. 2.5 years ago I paid full price for 2 overpriced blurple lights and they will grow flower but not what the newer lights can grow. If you are considering blurples just use regular screw in led 100...
Where do you guys go when RIU is down for weeks at a time? I checked out grass city and 420mag but nobody talks about lighting on those sites like they do here. People are still telling people to buy mars and shit over at 420.

So I noticed Northern Grow Lights is out of everything quantum board related is there another supplier people trust or is this just a waiting game now?
I have a PLED 300 and a PLED 150. I know the tech is outdated and I know I payed too much but it has saved me a ton of money over buyin green from somebody else. I dont feel too bad about these lights since they were my first light purchase. Next will be DIY all the way.
