I am new to growing and really cant tell which the pollen sacks are, however I am going to google or search the forums to see if i can identify them on my plant. My main question is should i get it out asap?because I planned my grow to have plants a weeks staggered so im nervous they younger...

I seem to be having the same issue with one of my plants im probably at least 6 weeks into flowering and have some staggered plants a few weeks behind... my question is will this plant effect all my other flowering plants?

I am usually able to find all answers needed, so I haven't had to post anything but here goes... After a few weeks of flowering one of my girls is showing signs of seeds, had other females around no signs of seeds, my question now is im so late into flowering is it possible to leave this plant...
