Yup you should be fine. Even adding a couple more lights and a a few more feet of duct you should still be ok with your 6" fan. Just dont add too many 90 degree bends, that starts to really impact your airflow and could affect how well your negative pressure is maintained

If your 6" fan can put out more than 200CFM you will be fine. I just ran some quick math and you need around 180CFM to effectively exchange the air in your room every 3 minutes. The Can 33 is rated to be perfect at 232 CFM so if you run 200CFM you will increase your contact time on your filter...
