Right, water only for a week. If symptoms get worse during -> should then be easy to determine it's deficiency instead of toxicity -> Give more nutes than before. This would seem like the least risky plan for me too actually.
You think i should INCREASE nutrients? Aren't the clawed leaf tips (and entire leaves) a telltale sign of nitrogen toxicity?
There aren't really any other signs of nutrient deficiencies, as of yet at least.
Maybe i'll go crazy and do BOTH? Give one double nutrients and the other 0? That way i...
Oh, yes they do tell you to just give all the nutes from the start. But i've not done so, i've always given grow & micro until i start seeing some hairs. That's when i've started giving bloom.
I'm actually using a little bit under the feed chart. They tell you to give 4ML/L of each for mature plants and 2ML/L for plants with 3 - 4 sets of leaves.
I've been giving 2ML/L the whole time after i started feeding.
To add to this, i've been using the same amount in my second grow tent with...
Ok yeah, definitely going to look into it. I've been doing it wrong the whole time it seems. :D I do get maybe a 5% runoff every time i water, and i've watered pretty much when the pots feel light and dry on the surface.
Water does run off from the bottom every time, just a little bit. Maybe 50ML or so.
Do you think the nutrients themselves are not getting all the way down?
That sounds a bit weird but i'm not a pro for sure. I've used the same exact nutrients and growing medium before and never had nitrogen...
Thanks for all the tips guys! I'll give them water only for a week or so and see what happens. Then slowly start going up with the nutes again if the leaves recover.
Yeah i'll probably just give em water for a bit then, probably not a critical situation yet? To my understanding leaves CAN recover from nitrogen toxicity when it's not gone too far?
