window fan at bottom of staircase keeps floor cool. light moved to under the ceiling fan up stairs. pics on way

yeah it gets a little hot if i let things get out of hand, but i open windows in the room below the stairs also so it shouldn't rise from the house.

I suggest either getting lights and exaust seperate , or getting a light with built in exhaust from stealthhydro

ok so i have a 3 way bulb that on the label says 12/23/29 watt, 600/1600/2150 lumens. is it a 5000k full spectrum? 6500k daylight? 2700k warm white? 3000k soft white? what does 3 way mean? what are lumens? can anyone help me out, is this bulb useful to me?
