Hello everyone
I have a couple grows under my belt and I'm starting another w/ Critical Kush and I'm having some issues that just started happening overnight it seems & I can't figure out the problem right off the bat. I'm currently 6 days from sprouting. Hoping someone here can help...
Okay so I decided to go with a 600W Air Cooled HPS/MH grow light instead of the CFLs. I've been doing a lot more research and noticed the CFLs aren't going to do me any good with what I'm wanting to accomplish, which is a great yield. I got a 6" 440CFM inline exhaust fan as well as a 6" carbon...
Yes, it should. But apparently with the chelated forms of nutrients in the Avanced Nutrients Coco line it isn't needed. That's what their website is advertising at least.
Well I was hoping I could keep it in the 1 gallon until it at least preflowers so I can find out whether it's a male or female. I don't want to transplant into the 5 gallon and have to waste all the extra water & nutes if it turns out male.. BUT, the roots are already poking out of the bottom...
Hello everyone!
Today, my plant is 22 days old since it sprouted. It's a bag seed of an unknown strain, hoping for a female of course. I'm currently using some Botanicare Coco Coir w/ Advanced Nutrients pH Perfect Technology Sensi Coco Grow A&B @ 140 PPM. This pH's my R/O water to 6.2...
Awesome! I'm very pleased to hear fimming & plant is doing well. I do not have the trained eye for healthy plants yet I guess but I will learn with practice lol
And are you sure I should only feed every other day? I've done a lot of research with coco coir grows and it mentions you should feed...
Yes I know, I had the nute mix at 450 PPM previously which burned them because I'm a noob. So I got it down to 310 PPM and the newer growth looked to get a little better.
I now cut out the 180 PPM of tap water and went with R/O water around 10 PPM. The nutrients mix is at 140 PPM now and I'm...
Thank you! I just want my first grow to be as good as possible with the amount of money & effort put in to this setup, and I won't let a shitty FIM job fuck everything up, but I am glad to hear that she should recover fine.
The plant is looking a little better today. It doesn't seem as droopy...
So today my plant is 20 days old since it sprouted. I attempted to FIM this plant a couple days ago. I used the pinch method instead of cutting, as I heard that it is less stress on the plant. I'm growing in Coco Coir & using Advanced Nutrients Sensi Coco Grow A&B @ 310 PPM. That's with tap...

Are you sure? I had these nutes @ 450ppm already and that burnt the plant with some holes in the leaves.. I watered again today with a 310ppm mix until my runoff lowered back around 310ppm as well. I'm waiting until tomorrow to see how she'll look from that. If all is well should I raise my...
