Don't worry about the color at this point, my buddy just germed a few and after a couple days the yellow went green. I'm sure the same will happen with yours
Sometimes a no burn formula can still burn a little bit. Even completely organic mediums with a charge can brown the leaf tips a bit. Looks like you're out of the woods though, should be smooth sailing for you now bro.
I agree 100% with shaded. I didn't see any flowers yet so I personally would re-pot and revert the lighting schedule back to Veg. It'll give your plant time to recover from shock before you flower again.

Did you rinse the hydroton or soak the hydroton? Normally especially when its new, Hydroton will shed some of its casing as well as have a lot of clay dust. I always soak for 24 hours before using and it cuts down the run-off tremendously. If your res doesn't smell foul then I'd guarantee that...
I think the problem may be with that big of a fluctuation of PH, .1 is actually = to 100 so when the ph goes from 5.2-6.5 thats really a 1300 point rise. Optimum ph for Hydro especially DWC for veg would be ~5.8 but hydro should always be between 5.5-6.5; 5.2 could be hindering your plants...
