Keep using the hygro, to keep res cool freez 2liter pepsi bottles and put the in, you will have to change them every 8 hours, be careful not to let it get to cold. you will have to develop a schedule. and get a bigger res, more water stays cooler longer. And change res every week.
Hi Stink read your post really dug it . I been looking for different way to grow and your post made it seem really easy. Ived used stealth hydro system and it works but very problem matic, heat was the biggest. I am very interested in aeroponics doesnt seem very difficult . keed the how 2s up...
What up... if your leaves are curling it could be mag def. what kind of nutients are you using.. I use Botanicare pro series, which call for cal mag , look it up it help my curling leaves .. But if they are showing growth esp. new growth .. every thing is goin to alright...
A body of mine uses soil a he can 4 to 5 hours a night watering, and if something goes wrong it can take days to correct..Once u get a hold on things you will see faster bigger yields.. but that is just my opion..
I had the same prob. weeks ago, first move your water lines uderneath the rockwool,this will give them just enough water. second check your ph daily,it is smart to ph in the morning and it should rise throughout the day. this will allow the plants to take in different levels of things it needs...
I have bread pits in the past, mother nature will take over, keep a close watch, young females may need help. you will need some latex gloves it can get really messy,,,,,,,good luck stony..
O tay room size 8ft by 12ft with 7ft ceiling. it a 6 gallon tank , 13inch fan, using 6 huge cfls ,note they get 90 degrees. Room temp stays 78 to 82 degrees. I am not using the res. wright now, it leaks...but it does circulate the tanks.
I am setup with a steath hydro 24 pot system, so far only using 1 tub. My biggest probs heat and feeding scedule , how do you feed these suckers and is their any easier way to keep the tank cool. room stays around 80 degrees . I know my heat probs comes from the intank pump.
