After a couple of test runs (and failures) I've finally got the setup fine tuned and working completely. Check out the pics below. The A/C unit is a portable 8,000 BTU. I made a duct to pipe in the cold air to the hydrohut. The duct is T'd --- 1 to the tent itself -- 1 to the intake for the...
The roots are beginning to show through the small rockwool cubes. When they start showing through more I'll take some pictures before I transplant them into soil.
The new camera was delivered yesterday. What a cool new toy. I hope to post every couple of days during the seedling stage.
So far all 10 have sprouted. One is noticeably smaller than the rest.
Hey blueberry1... Nice plants and grow room setup. I always start my seedlings with 24 hours of light. Usually until the small round leaves (seed leaves) turn brown. Most will say you can veg under 24 hours of light indefinitely, but electricity isn't cheap. In my setup I have the...
The last one hit the top of the rockwool this afternoon. I'm still watering them whenever they need it with R.O. water. I hope to transplant them into soil as soon as they are ready. Clone 'em, sex 'em, find the 'super mother' and watch the flowers bloom.
6 of the seeds were looking for light so I moved them under CFLs. I'll check 'em again in the morning.
I'm taking suggestions for names for the girls (hopefully).
Post Away ! !

I just started a grow journal for some Hash Plant seeds. Pics, etc... I'm growing indoor. Mothers in soil, cut clones into an ebb & flow hydro system.

5 out of the 9 seeds in the rockwool look like they are about to poke through. I'll check them again in the A.M. 1 left in the paper towel hasn't cracked yet.
Update:
8 of the 10 Hash Plant seeds have cracked. Here are some pictures of them going into rockwool. The cubes are soaked in ph 5.6 R.O. water. The other 2 are back in the paper towel for another day or so.
The cubes are now in a barely used cabinet in my kitchen. As soon as they...
Update:
New HydroHut is in place. I moved the El Nino mother to her new quarters.
Tomorrow I will post some pics of the new hut.
The Hash Plant beans haven't cracked yet.
