OK if you've only got that little bit of space then try toping a lot and flipping em at 10 inches tall. Plan on them tripling in height for a sativa, indicas basically double in height. I'm not dissing CFLs, but if you can scrape up like $500 you can have a decent HID setup with a grow tent. Less if you ebay or craigslist it. You have a green thumb, and you just need the proper tools at your disposal to excel at it. You're going to put in the same amount of work that I am, only I'm going to pull off about a lb in 3 months from seed and you'll get way less just because of the CFLs. Just a thought...

I would let em veg as much as you can because sativas typically yield less because the buds aren't dense like an indica's. What I do is just keep topping the taller ones/faster growing ones so that they are about the same height as the shorter/ slower growing ones. This'll keep your canopy even which you want so that light will reach the buds evenly and you can get the light closer to the shorter ones. Then just flip em all into 12/12 when they're about 18" tall. The sativas will stretch a bit more than the indicas, so just put the sativas in the corners/sides of your grow room and the shorter ones in the middle right under the light. I just chopped 3 down last night and so far I'm guessing I'll have about 5 oz's off those 3 and I should have about a lb off of the 9 in total. ; )

Gotta love it. But watch the height on that Haze cross cause it'll def be taller than the Skunks! I would start the Skunks a bit b4 the Hazes but if you already got em going then fuck it. And google the paper towel germination method sometime or I can holla back at ya later and tell ya how. FYI that Haze cross will prob take about 10 - 11 weeks of flwring to finish... ; )

hey i understand now what you mean these babies really take off after that 2nd week man if you like to start i smaller mediums and then transplant try using peat pot in a small 16oz cup i use peat pots to start my beans and then just put the peat pot in soil after it sprouts the roots come out of the peat pots fast...as for the lights im doing this grow strictly cfl see my signature im a believer i veg under 160 watts and will flower under ruffly 410 watts mixed spectrum 300w 2700/120w 6500 adding more if i need for side lighting.. thats it hey talk to you later got to start this grow journal.ppp

yoo, nice with the 3l bottles, i'm trying to figure out something to transplant into at week 2 that isn't my ocean forest, tends to burn and cause stress, they decide their sex in week 3 so i need some sort of medium to get them through that period without having to use to much soil. I gots them in 16oz cups right now but they are speedy little girls the roots are already coming through the bottom. hm i dunno anyways i'll lots of details and pictures soon.
