Anyone know what could be causing the brown spots? Also do they look big enough to take clippings for clones?

Ok this is a late starting grow journal. Plants are already a lil over 2 weeks old. I have 4 Master Kush and 2 AK-48 plants vegging under a 400w HPS with a few cfl's around for extra lighting. I'm using Fox Farms ocean forest and for nutes FF Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger bloom.
