sounds like the one is stretching for sure if its falling over and reached 6 inches that quickly, the other is probably the same problem mostly, or stressed for some other reason if its not stretched. If the white stuff is powdery it's mildew....bad stuff, get something to kill it or let your...

a buddy of mine uses a 1000w hps for cloning; he just puts a light cloth over the tray to block some of the light out, and he gets awesome results super fast. So if he can do that I'd say youre ok ;)

I'd say that 7 gallons is small for growing outdoor as those things will get massive. I grow in 5 gals indoor! Fdd would be the guy to ask on this one, but I'd get em in big ones or even right in the ground if possible. My .02
