how do you drain the rubbermaid? I assume you have to drain and refill the reservoir every few weeks or so? I don't really know the mechanics of DWC, or what it stands for.

time-release doesn't work. and that shit about overdoing it is a crock. you will get red and itchy for about an hour, it's pretty uncomfortable but after that it's fine. you want to do about 500 immediate release.

I would just do a Niacin flush it's pretty uncomfortable for about a half hour but costs you about 2.50
