I actually enjoy Zumba workouts. However, I prefer Zumba Toning classes vs the regular Zumba. I am not a big fan of latin style dancing so the regular Zumba just gets a bit too much for me. Toning is perfect because its not as fast paced as the normal classes. Better for me to get coordinated :)...
