i have 10 plants under 3 cfl they are about 6 weeks old and are 9 inches tall,im going to start flowering at 12 to 14 inches.will i need more cfl'sor will the 3 work?

I will do what I can just ask me. Ive made plenty of mistakes, so your welcome to learn from mine if you want.
