y dont you just get a seprate cooler run some half inch hosing thru it coil it in there and put frozen soda bottles in it then have your res water run thru that i heard it keeps your res temps around 67- 68f depending how much ice or frozen water bottles you put in there

hygrozyme is just meant to be a preventive not a quick fix your supposed to add it b4 you get root rot or algae

same thing happened to me its algae bubbleponics uses those light blue tubs so what you are gonna have to do is cover that res in black duct tape because light is getting in your res. Also wat are your res temps and your ph levels try keeping the res temps around 60-65F going over 70 usally...

i usally flush mine every 2 weeks from start to finish it will save u the trouble by adding more taste to your babies and not have to deal with lock outs or going over the nutes
