right now im having heat issues with the 400. I dont think its the tent as much as where i have it located. I cant get the heat out of the closet fast enough, so inside tent is around 85-86.5. best i can get it down.

I absolutely agree, I just purchased a 2x4 gorilla grow tent with all the bells and whistles from SuperCloset. Got it all set up and sprouted some seeds just waiting to fire it up. It was a little expensive but now that I got it think its gonna be money well spent down the road. Peace

I have to agree w/ NG your current set up will not be enough airflow around the bulb. the metal strips you are looking for will be in the masonry dept. of home depot. (brick tie downs)
