For pot size, I'd recommend something along the lines of a gallon. Starting off, solo cups work great but you will have to transplant. As for lighting, I'm a fan of 18-6. Jumping from 24-0 or 20-4 for veg to 12-12 for bloom CAN cause stress on her, but that's opinionated.

IMO, you'd be better off trying to hit a light ratio of 2-6500k for every 1-2700k for Veg, and flip it for Flower. Obviously won't hurt it if you dont, just my two pennies! -SugarSnatch :hump:
