What are the temps at? I understand your humidity is low, but with low humidity lower temps are needed. Having too low of humidity and too high of temps can cause heat stress. Also you could try flushing and using less nutrients to see if its either nutrient burn or a deficiency. There are...

I checked the pH of the remaining water from before and it was around 7.0, It could have been up and down as well, who knows what the aerogarden nutrients consist of.. it could have been the entirely wrong mixture.

I also forgot to mention that the plant had these issues before using dutchmaster and before pHing my water.. I guess I should wait to see improvements with the new nutrients. but can anyone diagnose this?

dude don't go buy the bulb you have to have an entire ballast you can't just screw the bulb into a standard socket. search on ebay or a website for HPS or Metal Halide (MH) ballast or digital ballast. Ebay has the entire set up fom 150w-1000w ranging from $90-$250

That is not entirely true. I have a plant that is 3.5ft tall done with 150w of cfls. People have actually had great success vegging and flowering with cfls. There are more advantages to CFLs than there are disadvantages. As with HPS and MH there are more advantages.
