Yeah...baseline is like 0.13 through tier 1 and tier 4 hits 0.36/kwh - You can get lower summer rates but they raise your winter rates a bit, overall it's cheaper in the long run. You could also see if you qualify for CARE which reduces the kwh cost per tier.

It depends on the size of your hood. This is in my 4x4 that I use for veg. I don't think this would have any trouble in a 2x4.

I use a 4x2 tent for my clones. I think two 5 gallon buckets would work nicely in that space. I run four 7 gallon pots in my 600w 4x4 test tents with no problem. Grow Safe
