I am wanting to spray my indoor babies down with cal mag and lactobacillus... Anyone know if this is a good idea or not?

I've done one outdoor grow. Used Fox Farm soil and nutrients. I'm not very experienced. The thread was directed more towards gaining some knowledge on what strains would strive best using light dep and where to get some seeds with good genetics?

Are you asking if I've grown before? Yes, outdoors mostly.

I am getting ready to start my first grow in a Greenhouse. I'd like to ideally grow the biggest yielding and most potent buds. Any suggestions as far as what strains worked best for you?
