Maybe you have done some shrooms, but you obviously now very little about them. There are many types of shrooms within the psilocybin family. For you to say from a slightly blurry picture of some wet mushrooms that they are (or are not) any certain type of mushroom shows how ignorant you really are!!!! Also, if those grow in your yard then you may have magic mushrooms. DON'T EAT THEM! You are obviously to uninformed to be eating wild mushrooms!
Now just to educate you a little further Skunkone. All mushrooms require certain conditions to grow properly. This does vary from species to species but all of those conditions are available on the vast plant around you! Magic mushrooms don't just grow on cow shit if thats what you are thinking!!! That is a misconception. Some strains do while others can grow in wood mulch, YOUR LAWN, hay, old logs or decaying organic matter! Unless you are a certified mycologist, and even then its unlikely, you will not be capable of telling (especially just by looking at them in a picture) what type of mushrooms those really are. It takes a quality field guide, some research, and definitely a spore print to effectively identify a mushroom. That spore print alone could save your life!
Not trying to be an ass, but you were very adamant that you were stating the truth about that picture. I felt that you would rather be educated then ignorant. =
