what should light be on after 4 week of flowering now im on 12 /12 do they need to be change later into flowering or am i cool

I have 4 plants in flowering using sensi bloom by a/n .. Looks like the plants are taken to it pretty well ,
1 has shown pistils already so that made me proud .
3 others have not produce anything yet , im just wanted to know if tghere where any hidden tricks to nake but yeild more or haow to make these plant grow better , im using tsb of molasses with every nutes water , looks really good just any help or advise you have will make it better for me and my babies ...
I was gonna use there nutes called bud candy but its says expert to grandmaster grower this is my 1st grow ..so i cant call myself a expert yet ... What do u advise .. Please help , thanks in advance
