i find the cfl's make baby plants really happy, i persoanlly put my babies under my 1000w for 12 hours a day just for a little boost and they love it, but i also keep them almost 3 feet from the light. when my main plants are 18inches from the 1000watt.

To be honest i have no recommendation for strains, i grow exactly what i find interesting and what i want to taste, i dont care if its outdoor or indoor or sativa.. indica anything just grow what looks amazing to you and you'll enjoy it. :bigjoint:

yeah i find when its between dry and wet is the best, when i do it i usually push down on the dirt a little before popping it out of the current pot, just so it sticks together a little bit. but either dry or wet will work.

Alright well ill start off with an amazing way to germ your seeds. grab 2 small plates, and 2 pieces of paper tower fold the paper towel till it has 4 layers make the paper tower nice and damp but not dripping or soaking wet put the first piece on the plate then put your seeds on the paper...

It just looks like a plant right now, give it a little time and it will be very obvious if it is female or male. :)

Well the tent is a good size, and you could easily fit 4 plants in there, and if your going to use cfl you could fit 9 or more small ones, i honestly suggest a 400w hps it wont move your bill to much. i rent too and im running a 1000hps and 400 watt in cfl's. i personally have not had issues...
