yeah i was checking my water supply on that site, its fluoride levels are pretty high, said upward of optimal for cavaties.. and i probably have one of the poorest diets..lol but im already in the process of changing my diet, its pretty hard though, easier with out pot.. when i can keep myself from smoking it lol.. but I probably eat everythig on that list..

I have some books on diet and ADD, a lady managed to cure some of people with vitamin supplements and diet change.. after all no ones body is deficient of ritalin..

Im gonna have to get some of those berries as well, to many benifits not to. C
an you just eat the berries, or is wine better.
