    hwy i just got emilys garden two days ago and put it together is there anyway you can show me with pics or describe how to put the white wicks in. I have them showing out of the clay pebbles in the middle going straight down through the middle of the pot to the bottom of the pot. or do i lay the wick across the pot in those slots. please help me. i have no idea and i cant find anyone with emilys garden to help

    Hehehe thanks man... Don't worry I'm sure when you get around to it you'll have lots of ideas from all the commercial stuff you have played with. Thats what led me down this path... I spent thousands on commercial gear over many years...

    I'd totally be down to collaborate on something... I posted in one of the other threads that I wanted to make an open source grow management solution's... And I'm totally serious about that. I pisses me off that this stuff is fairly basic as far as regulation and control designs go, but people charge ass-rape prices for it... And the software looks l a m e... "Oh yeh.... I want a big stop light to tell me when things are going wrong... "

    Just keep working on the ideas man... I spend months sketching stuff out and drawing flow charts for how I want the software to run before I even write a line of code... Actually that goes for everything... The best skill you can develop is the ability to communicate your ideas!
