I am having maybe 40% success or less with Olivia's Gel in Jiffy plugs under floros. It takes about three weeks to a month before I even see roots. I've also had a bit of success with willow tea in straight coco. But by a bit, I mean no better than 50%. Rooting time is no different: 3-4 weeks...
