Hi Plant was only 8 days old in a rdwc setup, and I accidently ripped the only root off that had made it into the reservoir. It's now been 6 days and I have yet to see another root come out of the net pot. The plant is growing larger, but is droopy and does not look happy. Did I stunt this plant?

I actually have a 27 gal res in the closet. Not sure if it will fit in my small tent though. It's only 2x2.5. If it were to fit, sure it will fix the pH problems? How many gallons would I actually need to use? And would my tap water be okay?

So I'm pretty much stuck with these fluctuations regardless if I switch to RO? I suppose I'll try the RO to see how it does, and if anything I'll stick to adjusting 1-2x a day.

it's a 5 gal res and im running 3 plants. 1 large airstone, 1 water pump, water cooler. Water temps between 66-71F. also have a backup res connected to my main res with a float valve which has not been needed as of yet.

It's a dwc with a top feed. Yes veg right now with a 18/6 schedule.

Is 5.1 to 6.4 in 24h ours considered slight raise? First hydro setup, so it is a learning experience. Is adjusting on a daily basis normal?

I just started nutes yesterday as they just hit their 2 week mark. GH Floraduo series is what I have. No root rot. Roots basically just got established. They look great. From yesterday at 9AM until today 24hrs later, pH has risen from 5.1 to 6.4. Watching closely to see if it rises anymore...

Okay I found some stores that sell RO by the gal and the cheapest is .50/gal. Not too bad, so I will give this a shot and see how things turn out.
