Well folks its official, Medical Cannabis without the High, yep you are reading actual words, not hallucinating, scientist in Israel say they have done it , This is so disturbing to me, we as a nation know without a doubt that the natural plant has so many social and medicinal quality's, and yet our government is still fighting to suppress the truth, even with all of the evidence.
