I recall posting something in this form just a few weeks ago, but now the post disappeared and all one can see are posts from Middle 2013 UPDATE: ooops, that was weird, before login in there were only old posts, now that I logged in to post all new posts are showing up

The problem is that for instance my doctor told me she would give me the recommendation but the MGH hospital has not issued any guidelines for doctors to follow so she can not fill any at the moment until the hospital decide what's their position on this. In this case I had to go also to Canna...
