Hey, thanks for the advice. Regarding the bong, I'm completely sure it was not going to come apart. Even now, the two pieces are fused together, one inside the other. It's smashed in half, but the downstem tip is still cemented inside the outer joint. I tried everything dude, trust me.

Hindsight is 20/20... the diamond bit sounds like a good idea, or one for ceramic. Unfortunately, I did not do that and now the bong is broken. I really hope Hoss cuts me a break and has good customer service, or I'll just get a different label next time.
