i was lst'n my last babe during the first week of flowering and accidentally supercropped one of the shoots. turned out to be the fattest bud on the entire plant...

dont matter really, look for something that puts out more in the red spectrum. you should go ahead and get that hps if your planning on getting one anyway. i pulled 75 grams off that one plant with the 250 hps, just so you have something to compare

thanks canna :) yeh, they will turn color when that part of the bud is done growing. the only way you can keep a light too close is if it gets the plant too hot, and youll be able to tell if the leaves fold up like a taco or start getting dry yellow patches
