    What is causing these spots?

Hey all, thanks for the heads up. Our water with nutes started at 6ph - I guess it drifted upwards over the week. We have great tap water here - interested to see what the ec meter says.

    What is causing these spots?

Hello all again. Sorry for the delay and thanks for the tips. We were expecting this would be a challenge, so no worries there. We already lost almost all our plants via a couple stupid mistakes, so hey. It's a learning experience :) So a few things: Our sprayers are on 24/7, as are our lights...

    What is causing these spots?

It's an old name, I was more of a tomboy back then ;) The color in the roots is, I think, from our nutes, yes. I'm honestly not 100% sure, and I'm hesitant to touch them which I guess is what I'll have to do. The tent is kept at a pretty consistent 72f with AC, and the water is around that...

    What is causing these spots?

Just an FYI, I'm a girl. And right I forgot to mention, this is areoponics. I'm using medi-one part one alone at the moment. We followed the directions, and are assuming we're in the light vegetative phase. It's about a month old. I hope I remembered everything, I'm sorry I'm really sick.

    What is causing these spots?

Any ideas? I'm guessing my pH is too high or my nutes are too concentrated. I'm waiting for a pH meter in the mail. I have been having the worst pH meter luck. They're about a month old and we're following the label for nutes, so I'm open to ideas. Thanks again!

    Leaves dying?

I was very careful to follow the label. It has a listing for seedlings, which I followed. I checked the pH after, it was at 6, but I'm wondering if my meter is bad. A new one arrives today. We did add nutes a little late, but it's been about a week I'd say with nutes now. This is the stuff...

    Are my hydro plants dying?

The nutrients I added are at the level the label says is recommended for seedlings, and I added them because their growth had stopped, I'm watching them on a motion capture camera.

    Are my hydro plants dying?

All of our roots are in perfectly white condition and looked great. I didn't see anything rotting. Hydroton is a special rock, right? Do we need to use it? We just have them suspended from the collars right now. We have added some nutrients, pH is at 6, waiting on my ec meter. Thanks again!

    Changes made. Thanks!

    Are my hydro plants dying?

Is my rock wool not supposed to be soaking wet? This is an airponics grow.

    Leaves dying?

Are my leaves infected with something? Got a new setup here, still ironing out the bugs. Water temp is a little cool at 62f (trying to raise it now). pH is 6. I was thinking at first I just got some fertiliser water on them, but now I'm starting to think it's growth of some kind. Thoughts?

    Are my hydro plants dying?

Their roots are very healthy, but the leaves look like they have dark spots on them. We've grown them from seeds. At first I thought I was just nutrients splashing on them, but it seems to be speakings, so I'm not so sure.

Spider Mite Removal on Vegging Plants: Predators, or Systemic Insecticide?

Hello all, I'm on my third batch of plants, and my clones came with spider mites. I've been fighting them off with pyrethrin, but I need to eradicate them completely, and I don't have a lot of spare cash to try different techniques. So should I go straight for predators, or should I try a...

Rosemary Oil for Spider Mite Control? Would adding predators be a good coup de gras?

I'm down with whatever kind of artificial stuff might work, however, I usually can't afford such things. Would getting something like that be better, do you think? Is there anything affordable? My mites seem to be resistant to Pest Strip things. Also, I've heard ladybugs don't always eat...
